VAGBid marketplace
The world's only dedicated VW auction & classified sales platform

The dedicated marketplace for the Volkswagen Group

VAGBid is a niche, specialist auction and classified sales marketplace built exclusively for the Volkswagen Group — the only dedicated VAG platform of its kind in the world. We cover Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini, Bentley, Bugatti, SEAT, Škoda, CUPRA and Ducati vehicles, parts and accessories. Buy and sell with confidence using secure Stripe payments, real-time bidding, watchlist alerts, in-platform messaging and a verified seller rating system.

How VAGBid works

Everything you need to buy and sell VAG Group vehicles, parts and accessories in one place.

Auctions & Buy-Now

List items as an auction, a fixed-price Buy-Now, or both. Bidders place bids in real time; the highest bid wins when the timer ends.

Secure Checkout

Winners and Buy-Now buyers pay securely through Stripe. Funds are held safely until the transaction completes.

Watchlists & Alerts

Track listings you're interested in. Get email alerts on price drops, new bids and auctions closing soon.

Messaging

Buyers and sellers communicate directly through an in-platform messaging system tied to each listing.

Offers

Buyers can make offers on Buy-Now listings; sellers accept, decline or counter.

Seller Ratings

After a sale completes, buyers leave a star rating and review — building trusted seller profiles.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, open a dispute with evidence. Unresolved cases auto-escalate to admins after 48 hours.

Postage & Collection

Sellers offer free, fixed or calculated postage — or collection-only. Postage details are shown on each listing.

Fees & subscriptions

VAGBid keeps selling simple: one flat selling fee, plus an optional monthly subscription that sets how many active listings you can run at once.

0.5% selling fee

A flat 0.5% fee applies to the final sale price — only when you actually sell. No listing fees, no insertion fees. The fee is deducted automatically and the remaining proceeds are available for payout.

Bulk import from another platform

Already selling on eBay, Facebook Marketplace or another platform? Bring your whole catalogue across in minutes using a CSV or Excel file. No need to re-list items one by one.

1

Download the template

Get our CSV template and paste your existing listings into it — or export your current platform's inventory and map the columns.

2

Upload your file

Drop your .csv or .xlsx file into the Bulk Import tool. We'll parse and preview every row before anything goes live.

3

Review & import

Check the preview, then import. Valid rows go live instantly; any rows with errors are flagged so you can fix and re-import them.

Tips for migrating from another platform

  • Export your inventory from eBay, Facebook, Shopify or your stock system as CSV/Excel.
  • Rename your columns to match the headers above, or paste your data into our template.
  • Use exact brand names (e.g. Volkswagen, not VW) and lowercase category/condition values.
  • Leave auction_end blank for Buy-Now items; set it for auctions in ISO format (e.g. 2026-08-01T18:00:00).
  • Prices are in pounds — enter numbers only, no currency symbol (e.g. 85).
